Privacy Policy
How BotMakers, Inc. handles the information you share with us.
01Who we are
BotMakers, Inc. ("BotMakers", "we", "us") builds custom AI software. We are a division of BioQuest, Inc. This policy covers botmakers.ai and the forms, calls, emails and text messages connected to it.
02What we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, industry and project details when you fill out a form, book a call or contact us.
Information collected automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, through standard server logs and cookies.
03How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and send the project summary you request.
- To schedule and remind you about appointments.
- To provide, support and improve our services.
- To send service updates you have agreed to receive.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
04SMS/Text messaging
SMS/Text Messaging. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BotMakers, Inc. regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging is optional. You can use our forms and services without agreeing to receive texts. Replying STOP ends all messages from that program; we send one final confirmation.
05How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, calendar and messaging providers, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
This sharing never includes mobile opt-in data or text messaging consent for anyone's marketing or promotional purposes, as stated in the SMS section above.
06Cookies
We use a small number of cookies needed for the site to work and to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
07Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
08Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
09Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
